MTAC Student Musicale Recitals
Congratulations to the following students who performed at the MTAC Student Musicale Recitals on Jan 19 at the Temecula Public Library:

Inland Empire Piano Festival
Good luck to Ron Lycan, Emma Erickson, Hudson Erickson, and Hunter Erickson, who are competing in the Inland Empire Piano Festival on February 10 at the University of Redlands. They will each play a Romantic composition:
Emma (7 years old) – playing Chopin Waltz in B minor
Ron (8 years old) – playing Chopin Waltz in D flat Major
Hudson (9 years old) – playing Chopin Mazurka in F major
Hunter (11 years old) – playing Chopin Waltz in E minor

Temecula Young Artist Piano Competition
When: May 18

Who should participate: students who are committed to extra practice and high level of achievements. This is a highly competitive event. Last year two students from our studio – Andrew Tang and Maggie Liu – won first prize in their age division.
Registration: interested students should let me know by Feb 9 so I can start selecting music for you. Entry form may be mailed directly to the organizer.
